Learning to Know our God

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Prov.3:5-6)

“Direct” – In Hebrew: yashar: To be straight, level, smooth.

“Acknowledge” – In Hebrew: yada’; to know, learn to know.

And the way we learn to know our God is by reading, hearing, and studying His Word. So before we open His Word, ask Him to speak to you personally and He will. Thank You, Lord.
