“Open your mouth for the speechless, in the cause of all who are appointed to die.” (Prov. 31:8)
“Die” – In Hebrew: chalowph; destruction, that which is left behind.
Usually Proverbs speaks that it is wiser to be silent. Yet in this case, we are to speak, especially about the salvation Jesus offers, bringing life, and against false teachings, which lead Christians astray to death. The Apostle Paul and others throughout the Bible warned of false prophets/teachers, calling them by name. Sadly, most prophets and teachers in America are only giving what people’s itching ears want to hear, instead of what we need to hear.
